We liked the location right on the beach and boardwalk. The beds were awful, the pool tile was scummy, the carpet was stained, the towels were like sandpaper, smelled funny. This hotel has a nice lobby, but the rooms are old and are in desperate need of updating. We stayed 4 nights and my back was in so much pain after sleeping on what they called beds. It was in a good location close to south beach and right on the beach. The beds seemed very used and about to fall apart. It's in a nice location and was good for the<BR/>price.

The hall. Dirty! Needs major renovation. Would not recommend this hotel! The stuff is very unfriendly and the room was ugly and dirty!

It was on the ocean and pretty inside had a nice pool. Bed stunk, could not check in until 4 pm, no help with luggage - just watched us work, bed stunk springs in back all night. Just not a good experience. We stayed at this hotel the first night then the ocean terrace down the street 3 miles.
