The proximity to the ocean. Everything else. This one of the most appalling experiences that I have ever had. This hotel is loaded with mold. It took for ever to get my car. I doubt I will ever stay in a Sheraton again. An Awful Experience.

Close to the beach, nice pool and friendly staff. Elevators were very dirty for 2 days straight. Very nice hotel and in a nice location off the strip of South Beach. Great location and lobby. N/A The staff was very helpful in every way - even let me use their computer in the office because their public computer was being used already. Would stay again!
