Overall Rating:
The breakfast was good and hotel staff was friendly. 
It was not a clean hotel. The hotel was located in a good area in Miami, Florida, but the hotel was not clean.

Overall Rating:
Right in the middle of the bars and restaurants on ocean. Double bed old, rundown, AC was terrible even. Not a room for a romantic getaway, if you are 21 - 24 years of age and want to be in the middle of all the action good room for two friends.

The location was great. We paid for the location, definitely. It looked like an old motel 8 in a great location. Overall, we paid a nice price for our location, as far as having a 2.5 to 3 star hotel. It definitely was not that. The staff was superb. Very friendly and helpful. I think we just did not like the overall look of the rooms and hotel itself.

Location, location, location. No mirrors. Kind of small, but an awesome hotel. ;-).
