Proximity to attractions. 
The surprise 15$ surcharge. Hotel was great for the money. This was a bid for hotel and not anywhere did it say that I would be charged an additional 15$ a night as a surcharge. I really did not like this.

Very close to beach and restaurants. Friendly staff. There was no phone in room. When I reported it to desk no help. Never did get phone in room. In the middle of stay someone took the iron from the room. Bar noisy and too close to rooms. I was on the third floor and was still able to hear.
