Overall Rating:
Its location on Ocean Drive, the bedroom and kitchen facilities. 
The rug and carpet were FILTHY, the view from all windows was horrible and refrigerator was not cleaned before we arrived. The staff was nice and our stay was pleasant. However, we would not consider paying more for the room considering how dirty the place was and very few "vacation attractive" amenities such as Internet access and bar in the lobby.
