Hotel Description:
The President Hotel is located directly on Collins Avenue, minutes away from the famed pedestrian shopping and entertainment center of Miami Beach, Lincoln Road, as well as a vast array of restaurants, cafes and other entertainment venues. The 64 guest rooms are all different, each appointed with one wall entirely covered with a picture portraying green elements of nature and complemented by an accent decorative pattern in a stylish cut-out sequence. The theme color of the President is green, due to its predominantly natural color scheme of green and white, simply peaceful and crisp guest rooms. Tastefully renovated in 2007-2008, the hotel includes 5 penthouse suites which feature private balconies, designer round beds and exquisite lounging areas which will enhance your experience. The President Hotel amenities include flat-screen TVs in each room, high-thread-count linens, bureaus, nightstands, and Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers.

Location to beach. Staff was unfriendly and rude, he was down right confrontational. We complained to management but were given no satisfaction. N/A

I loved that exactly at our back door there was the beach. I hated having to put down the room deposit, but that's at any hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the President. The location was perfect, the hospitality was laid back but still very attentive to our needs. Miami in general is a awesome getaway but this hotel gave a homely type feeling. The courtyard by the pool was nice. They lost our reservation said we were a no show for the 22nd. Parking was 2 blocks away and $1 per hour. They only had one blow dryer that was shared between the hotel guests.

The location. Mold on the ceiling and the worst bed I ever slept on. The meals in the convenient restaurant were pricey. There is no parking except at the curb, if you can get it. The cleaning crew tried hard to do there best! The check-in staff are not honest with their intentions on the quest accommodations and welfare. The staff members who control the hotel are least personal, hospitable with guest compare to the staff who do all the dirt work. They, the maintenance and the cleaning crew are very kind, polite, and always willing to help.

The location was great! Staff could have been better. The people at the desk were hard to communicate with because of language barriers. it took awhile to get our room clean I love Collins Ave and it was great. The atmosphere was almost Mexican. the lobby was cute. the room was small but we had a fridge which we found in a cabinet on the 3rd day.

The bar was nice looking The cockroach problem, lack of management and broken heater It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't much care for cockroaches, unhelpful staff or unsanitary conditions.
